Abstract | The present invention provides a fatigue management system capable of managing the fatigue of each part of a construction machine more accurately than a conventional system. A fatigue management system S is characterized by being provided with: a stress calculation unit S1 that calculates stress applied to a plurality of parts of a construction machine on the basis of an output from a sensor 18 attached to a portion of the construction machine; a damage degree calculation unit S2 that calculates a cumulative damage degree of each of the parts of the construction machine on the basis of the stress calculated by the stress calculation unit S1; and an index value calculation unit S3 that calculates a fatigue index value obtained by weighting the cumulative damage degree for each of the parts of the construction machine.
La présente invention concerne un système de gestion de fatigue capable de gérer la fatigue de chaque partie d'une machine de construction de manière plus précise qu'un système classique. Un système de gestion de fatigue S est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : une unité de calcul de contrainte S1 qui calcule une contrainte appliquée à une pluralité de parties d'une machine de construction sur la base d'une sortie provenant d'un capteur 18 fixé à une partie de la machine de construction ; une unité de calcul de degré de détérioration S2 qui calcule un degré d'endommagement cumulé de chacune des parties de la machine de construction sur la base de la contrainte calculée par l'unité de calcul de contrainte S1; et une unité de calcul de valeur d'indice S3 qui calcule une valeur d'indice de fatigue obtenue par pondération du degré d'endommagement cumulé pour chacune des parties de la machine de construction.
