A composition for restoring or increasing tissue perfusion is provided. The composition includes polyethylene glycol polymers (PEG) with a molecular weight of 18,000-100,000 Da at a concentration of 5-20% by weight; PEG with a molecular weight of 1,000-10,000 Da at a concentration of 1-30% by weight; and water, wherein said PEG with a molecular weight of 18,000-100,000 Da and said PEG with a molecular weight of 1,000-10,000 Da are dissolved or dispersed in said water. L'invention concerne une composition pour restaurer ou augmenter la perfusion tissulaire. La composition comprend des polymères de polyéthylène glycol (PEG) ayant un poids moléculaire de 18 000 à 100 000 Da à une concentration de 5 à 20 % en poids ; des PEG ayant un poids moléculaire de 1 000 À 10 000 Da à une concentration de 1 à 30 % en poids ; et de l'eau, lesdits PEG ayant un poids moléculaire de 18 000 à 100 000 Da et ledit PEG ayant un poids moléculaire de 1 000 à 10 000 Da étant dissous ou dispersés dans ladite eau.
