Abstract The present invention provides a λ/4 type radio wave absorber having excellent radio wave absorption performance. The λ/4 type radio wave absorber includes a resistive film, a dielectric layer, and a reflective layer, and in the λ/4 type radio wave absorber, the moisture amount found from the peak area of mass 18 using thermogravimetric and mass simultaneous analysis measurement is 0.7 mg/cm2 or less.
