Abstract A resin-coated metal plate according to the present invention is a metal plate wherein at least one surface is covered with a resin layer; the indentation depth on the metal plate bonding surface side of the resin layer as determined by a nanoindentation test is from 100 nm to 250 nm; and the melting point is from 210°C to 270°C. La plaque métallique revêtue de résine de l'invention est telle qu'au moins une face d'une plaque métallique est revêtue d'une couche de résine, présente une profondeur d'indentation d'un côté face d'adhésion de plaque métallique de la couche de résine obtenue par essai de nanopénétration, supérieure ou égale à 100nm et inférieure ou égale à 250nm, et présente un point de fusion supérieur ou égal à 210℃ et inférieur ou égal à 270℃. 本発明に係る樹脂被覆金属板は、金属板の少なくとも片面が樹脂層で被覆されており、ナノインデンテーション試験にて求められる樹脂層の金属板接着面側の押し込み深さが100nm以上250nm以下、融点が210℃以上270℃以下である。
