In the present application, a cover plate coated with a frame sealant and a display panel are fed into a vacuum cavity for vacuumizing treatment; when the cover plate and the display panel are attached, the portion, corresponding to the middle area enclosed by the frame sealant, of the cover plate is sunk towards one side of the display panel and is tightly attached to the display panel, and peripheral edges of the display panel and peripheral edges of the cover plate are sealed by means of the frame sealant; and a plurality of sets of infrared transmitting tubes and infrared receiving tubes are arranged on the periphery of the cover plate in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
