Abstract Disclosed are a method, an apparatus, and a recording medium for encoding/decoding an image. In a method for decoding an image, whether to perform filtering with respect to a boundary of a target block is determined, and a filtering strength with respect to the boundary of the target block, and the number of samples to be used in the filtering are determined. On the basis of such determinations, the filtering with respect to the boundary of the target block is performed. When determining the filtering strength and the number of samples, coding parameters associated with the target block and a neighboring block, such as a block size, a prediction mode, and the like, are used. La présente invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un support d'enregistrement pour encoder/décoder une image. Dans un procédé de décodage d'une image, le fait qu'il faut ou non effectuer un filtrage par rapport à une limite d'un bloc cible est déterminé, et une force de filtrage par rapport à la limite du bloc cible, et le nombre d'échantillons à utiliser dans le filtrage sont déterminés. Sur la base de ces déterminations, le filtrage par rapport à la limite du bloc cible est effectué.
