Provided is a control device that enables a given operator to respond to an emergency situation by deactivating an operation restriction when an abnormality has occurred, while also restricting unintended operations. The control device sets an operation restriction for an operated item, and deactivates the operation restriction in a predetermined situation, in accordance with the operator. The control device comprises: an image processing function that detects the operator and the operated item from an acquired image; a permission determining function that determines whether or not an operation restriction is active when the operator operates the operated item; an abnormality detecting function that detects an abnormality; and an activation/deactivation control function that deactivates the operation restriction, regardless of the determination by the permission determining function, when the abnormality detecting function has detected an abnormality. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande qui permet à un opérateur donné de répondre à une situation d'urgence en désactivant une restriction d'opération lorsqu'une anomalie s'est produite, tout en limitant également des opérations involontaires.
