Disclosed is a display panel, comprising a cathode and a plurality of groups of data lines, wherein the plurality of groups of data lines are provided in a first direction at intervals; the cathode and the plurality of groups of data lines are arranged at intervals in an insulating manner; and at least one first hollowed-out area is provided at a position on the cathode aligned with one group of data lines. According to the embodiments of the present application, by means of providing the at least one first hollowed-out area on the cathode and aligning same with one group of data lines, the orthographic projection of the data lines on the cathode at least partially overlaps with the first hollowed-out area, such that an overlapping proportion between the data lines and the cathode is reduced, and a coupling capacitance value between the cathode and the data lines is reduced, thereby ameliorating the impact caused by "crosstalk" of the display panel, and improving the image display quality of the display panel
