The present invention relates to a composition for prevention, treatment, or alleviation of atopic dermatitis, the composition comprising a monoclonal stem cell prepared through improved subfractionation culturing of stem cells, a preparation method therefor, and a method for treatment of atopic dermatitis by using same. According to an improved subfractionation culturing and proliferation method for stem cells of the present invention, a large quantity of desired monoclonal stem cells can be obtained through fast proliferation of monoclonal stem cells within a short period of time. The monoclonal mesenchymal stem cells obtained therethrough are stem cells having an improved therapeutic effect on atopic dermatitis and as such, can be advantageously used as a therapeutic agent for atopic dermatitis. La présente invention concerne une composition pour la prévention, le traitement ou le soulagement de la dermatite atopique, la composition comprenant une cellule souche monoclonale préparée par la culture à sous-fractionnement améliorée de cellules souches, son procédé de préparation, et un procédé de traitement de la dermatite atopique l'utilisant. Selon un procédé de culture et de prolifération à sous-fractionnement amélioré pour des cellules souches selon la présente invention, une grande quantité de cellules souches monoclonales souhaitées peut être obtenue par prolifération rapide de cellules souches monoclonales dans une courte période de temps.
