Abstract A transmission line structure (1) is provided with a multilayer substrate (3) and an inter-layer line (4). Each of outer layers (L1, LN), which are pattern layers positioned on the outermost sides of the multilayer substrate, is provided with an external circuit portion (10). Each of inner layers (L2 to LN-1), which are pattern layers sandwiched on both surfaces by dielectric layers, is provided with a ground pattern (GP) around the inter-layer line. The ground pattern of a target inner layer, which is an inner layer in which opening portions at both ends of the inter-layer line are formed, is provided with a band-shaped slit (6) exposing the dielectric layers. The slit has a curved shape recessed on the inter-layer line side. L'invention concerne une structure de ligne de transmission (1) comportant un substrat multicouche (3) et une ligne intercouche (4).
