Abstract The present invention relates to a method for implementing frequency adjustment based on tracking power, comprising the following steps: (1) a wireless charging transmitting end operates according to an initial frequency preset by the system; and (2) the wireless charging transmitting end implements successive approximation adjustment of the frequency on the basis of a charging power acquired in real time, the successive approximation adjustment implementing adjustment on the basis of a progressively calculated frequency error compensation value and stepped frequency value circulation, and adjusting in the opposite direction to the previous time until the acquired charging power reaches the required power.
