Abstract | The present application is directed to a composition comprising a stem cell conditioned medium containing extracellular factors and a carrier oil, characterized in that the extracellular factors are encapsulated by the carrier oil. The present application further encompasses formulations for cosmetic and therapeutic applications which contain combinatory factors from the conditioned media of mesenchymal stem cells and fibroblasts.
