Summary:The present invention provides an aerogel blanket manufacturing method having improved processability by reducing manufacturing costs and manufacturing time and, specifically, relates to a aerogel blanket manufacturing method comprising the steps of: preparing a sol by mixing a precursor, an acid catalyst and a hydrous alcohol; and dipping a substrate in the sol, and then reacting same with a gaseous silazane-based compound so as to form a gel and simultaneously allow an aging and surface modification reaction to proceed, thereby forming a hydrogel blanket; and manufacturing an aerogel blanket by drying the hydrogel blanket. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une couverture aérogel présentant une aptitude au traitement améliorée par réduction des coûts de fabrication et du temps de fabrication et, plus particulièrement, un procédé de fabrication d'une couverture aérogel comprenant les étapes consistant à: préparer un sol par mélange d'un précurseur, d'un catalyseur acide et d'un alcool aqueux; et à plonger un substrat dans le sol, puis à faire réagir celui-ci avec un composé à base de silazane gazeux de façon à former un gel et à permettre simultanément une réaction de vieillissement et de modification de surface, ce qui permet de former une couverture hydrogel; et fabriquer une couverture aérogel par séchage de la couverture hydrogel. 본 발명은 제조 원가 및 제조 시간을 감축하여 공정성이 개선된 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 구체적으로 전구체, 산 촉매 및 함수 알코올을 혼합하여 졸을 준비하는 단계; 상기 졸에 기재를 침적시킨 후 기체상 실라잔계 화합물과 반응하여, 겔을 형성함과 동시에 숙성 및 표면 개질 반응이 진행되어 습윤겔 블랭킷이 형성되는 단계; 및 습윤겔 블랭킷을 건조하여 에어로겔 블랭킷을 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 에어로겔 블랭킷의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
