Abstract | This gel electrolyte comprises a vinylidene fluoride polymer and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The vinylidene fluoride polymer comprises a first vinylidene fluoride polymer and a second vinylidene fluoride polymer. The first vinylidene fluoride polymer gels in an inverted gelation measurement after cooling, to 25°C, a solution that is dissolved in a propylene carbonate/dimethyl carbonate (1/1 mass ratio) solvent so that the concentration is 10 mass%, and the second vinylidene fluoride polymer does not gel in the gelation measurement.
