Abstract Provided in the present application are a flexible OLED panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The flexible OLED panel comprises a display region for arrangement of a pixel structure, wherein the display region comprises multiple first bending structures extending in a first direction, multiple second bending structures extending in a second direction, and display units; the second bending structures and the first bending structures are arranged in an intersecting manner and form multiple display sub-regions; and the display units are arranged in the display sub-regions, and each of the display units comprises at least one sub-pixel.
