Summary:Disclosed are a Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus allergen Der p 29 gene recombinant protein and the use thereof. In the present invention, a sequence alignment is performed after transcriptome sequencing to obtain a sequence in which a fragment is highly homologous to Dermatophagoides farinae Der f 29; the fragment is amplified, and then subjected to gene cloning, expression and purification; the purified protein and the serum of a patient allergic to Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus are subjected to Western blotting; and the protein coded by the fragment is found to be highly active, wherein the sequence of the recombinant protein is shown as SEQ ID NO: 1. The sequence of the Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus Der p 29 gene is subjected to gene cloning, expression and purification to obtain the recombinant protein thereof.
