Abstract | Provided are a data transmission method, a communication device and a storage medium for reducing the stress, brought about by the number of cross-connections of an intermediate node in a network, on the intermediate node. In the embodiments of the present application, a first communication device acquires Q first code block streams, and obtains, according to the Q first code block streams, a second code block stream to be sent, wherein Q downlink ports are in one-to-one correspondence with the Q first code block streams; Q downlink ports correspond to S code block groups; one code block in Q first code block streams corresponds to one code block group; the second code block stream of the first communication device comprises L code block sets; and with regard to each code block set in the L code block sets, the code block set comprises K code blocks corresponding to each code block group in the S code block groups.
