Abstract | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an adhesive film for producing a light guide plate and a billboard and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an adhesive film for producing a light guide plate and a billboard, wherein each dot has excellent dimensional stability and the thickness of the light guide plate is uniform since a dot pattern is formed on an adhesive layer of a base sheet by forming a printing layer on a release paper and then laminating the printing layer on the adhesive layer, instead of a conventional gravure roll coating method.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film adhésif pour produire une plaque de guidage de lumière et un panneau d'affichage publicitaire et, plus spécifiquement, un procédé de fabrication d'un film adhésif pour produire une plaque de guidage de lumière et un panneau d'affichage, chaque point ayant une excellente stabilité dimensionnelle et l'épaisseur de la plaque de guidage de lumière étant uniforme puisqu'un motif de points est formé sur une couche adhésive d'une feuille de base par la formation d'une couche d'impression sur un papier antiadhésif, puis la stratification de la couche d'impression sur la couche adhésive, au lieu d'un procédé de revêtement de rouleau de gravure classique.
