Abstract The present invention relates to: a recombinant vector for editing a genome without inserting a replicon into the genome in a T0 generation plant, comprising a geminivirus-based replicon between left border (LB) and right border (RB) sequences of a Ti plasmid; and a method for editing a genome without inserting a replicon into the genome in a T0 generation plant, comprising a step of transforming plant cells by inserting a foreign gene into the recombinant vector.
