The present invention describes a method for the therapeutic treatment and/or for the diagnosis of a brain disorder including but not limited to cognitive disorders such as mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer disease, frontotemporal dementia, dementia with Lowy body in a subject at risk of having or developing a brain disorder such as cognitive disorder, using long non-coding RNA (IncRNA).
