Abstract | A flexible battery manufacturing method is provided. A flexible battery manufacturing method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an injection step of injecting an electrolyte into an opening of a sheath material having an electrode assembly contained therein; an impregnation step of impregnating the electrode assembly with the electrolyte through a change in the pressure inside the sheath material; and a sealing step of sealing the opening. In the impregnation step, a pressure increasing/decreasing process is performed, wherein one cycle of the pressure increasing/decreasing process comprises the steps of: (1) decreasing the pressure inside the sheath material through the injected electrolyte; (2) maintaining the decreased pressure for a predetermined period of time; and (3) restoring the pressure inside the sheath material to 700-780Torr. Accordingly, the flexible battery manufacturing method according to the present invention is advantageous in that, since the electrode assembly provided in the battery can be fully impregnated with the electrolyte, no spot occurs on the surface of the negative electrode filled with the electrolyte. In addition, a flexible battery manufactured by the flexible battery manufacturing method according to the present invention can prevent or minimize degradation of physical characteristics that the battery is required to exhibit, even if repeated bending occurs.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de batterie flexible. Un procédé de fabrication de batterie flexible selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une étape d'injection consistant à injecter un électrolyte dans une ouverture d'un matériau de gaine contenant un ensemble électrode ; une étape d'imprégnation consistant à imprégner l'ensemble électrode à l'aide de l'électrolyte par l'intermédiaire d'un changement de pression à l'intérieur du matériau de gaine ; et une étape d'étanchéification consistant à étanchéifier l'ouverture. Lors de l'étape d'imprégnation, un processus d'augmentation/de réduction de pression est effectué, un cycle du processus d'augmentation/de réduction de pression comprenant les étapes consistant : (1) à réduire la pression à l'intérieur du matériau de gaine par l'électrolyte injecté ; (2) à maintenir la pression réduite pendant une période prédéterminée ; et (3) à restaurer la pression à l'intérieur du matériau de gaine à 700-780 Torr.
