According to an aspect there is provided a drivetrain assembly (1) for a personal care device (10). The drivetrain assembly (1) comprising: a shaft (2); a frame (4) comprising an opening in a surface (4a) of the frame (4) through which the shaft (2) extends; and an abutment (3) provided in cooperation with the shaft (2). An engagement surface (3a) of the abutment (3) is configured to engage with the surface (4a) of the frame (4) such that relative movement between the frame (4) and the shaft (2) in a given direction (d) is inhibited past a threshold distance. Selon un aspect, cette invention concerne un ensemble de transmission (1) pour un dispositif de soins personnels (10). L'ensemble de transmission (1) comprend : un arbre (2) ; un cadre (4) comprenant une ouverture dans une surface (4a) du cadre (4) à travers laquelle s'étend l'arbre (2) ; et une butée (3) agencée en coopération avec l'arbre (2). Une surface de mise en prise (3a) de la butée (3) est configurée pour venir en prise avec la surface (4a) du cadre (4) de telle sorte qu'un mouvement relatif entre le cadre (4) et l'arbre (2) dans une direction donnée (d) est empêché au-delà d'une distance seuil.
