The present invention provides a resin composition containing a urethane resin (A), an acrylic resin (B), and water (C), the resin composition being characterized in that the acrylic resin (B) is a polymer of a polymerizable compound that contains a hydroxyl group-bearing (meth)acrylic compound (b-1), and the glass transition temperature of the composition is at least 40°C.
