Abstract Zeolites for extraction of heavy metals are given enhanced purification in a first method stage and further processed in a second method stage to form liquid and solid phases including swollen clinoptilolite fragments ranging from 200 to 2000 Daltons and formed as liposomes and usable to substantially reduce heavy metal ppm burdens for purposes of safe ingestion by mammals and reduction of heavy metal contaminants of gut, vascular and lymphatic systems of a mammalian host. Les zéolites destinées à l'extraction de métaux lourds sont soumises à une purification améliorée dans une première étape du procédé puis traitées, dans une seconde étape du procédé, pour former des phases liquide et solide comprenant des fragments de clinoptilolite gonflés allant de 200 à 2000 daltons, se présentant sous forme de liposomes et utilisables, afin de réduire considérablement la charge en ppm de métaux lourds en vue d'une ingestion sûre par les mammifères et d'une réduction de contaminants de métaux lourds des systèmes intestinaux, vasculaires et lymphatiques d'un mammifère hôte.
