Abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a prepreg excellent in tackiness, resin strength after curing and non-fiber-direction strength, and a fiber-reinforced composite material using the prepreg. The present invention provides a prepreg comprising a reinforcing fiber and a resin composition, wherein the resin composition includes the following components [A] to [C], and the viscosity of the resin composition at 25°C is 1000 Pa·s or more. [A]: an epoxy resin, [B]: dicyandiamide, and [C]: a compound having a melting point of 130°C or lower and a difference in solubility parameter with [B] of 8 or less.
