Summary:The present invention provides a secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly inclusive of an electrode tab extending from an electrode current collector, wherein the electrode tab is equipped with an insulation coating layer comprising an inorganic filler and a binder, the binder having an uptake of less than 50 % for an electrolyte as measured by a predetermined method. In the secondary battery according to the present invention, the insulation coating layer planted in the electrode tab has an improved adhesive force because of the inclusion of a binder having a low electrolyte uptake therein, and does not undergo delamination from the electrode tab, so that the secondary battery can maintain an excellent insulation state, minimize the formation of internal short circuits, and secure safety. La présente invention concerne une batterie secondaire comprenant un ensemble d'électrodes comprenant une languette d'électrode s'étendant à partir d'un collecteur de courant d'électrode, la languette d'électrode étant équipée d'une couche de revêtement isolant comprenant une charge inorganique et un liant, le liant ayant une absorption inférieure à 50 % pour un électrolyte telle que mesurée par un procédé prédéterminé. Dans la batterie secondaire selon la présente invention, la couche de revêtement isolant plantée dans la languette d'électrode a une force adhésive améliorée en raison de l'inclusion d'un liant ayant une faible absorption d'électrolyte à l'intérieur de celle-ci, et ne subit pas de délaminage à partir de la languette d'électrode, de telle sorte que la batterie secondaire peut maintenir un excellent état d'isolation, minimiser la formation de courts-circuits internes, et assurer la sécurité. 본 발명은 전극 집전체로부터 연장되어 있는 전극탭을 포함하는 전극 조립체 를 포함하며, 상기 전극탭은 무기 필러, 및 바인더를 포함하는 절연 코팅층을 구비하고, 상기 바인더는 전해액에 대한 흡수율(uptake)이 50% 미만이며 상기 흡수율은 소정 방법에 의해 측정된 것인 이차전지를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 이차전지는 전극탭에 구비된 절연 코팅층이 전해액 흡수율이 낮은 바인더를 포함함에 따라 접착력이 개선되어 전극탭으로부터 절연 코팅층의 탈리가 일어나지 않으며, 이로부터 우수한 절연상태가 유지되어 이차전지의 내부 단락을 최소화할 수 있고 안전성을 확보할 수 있다.
