Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Erzeugung eines opaken Vergusses, einer Verklebung oder Beschichtung unter Verwendung einer härtbaren Masse, die bei einer ersten Temperatur durchstrahlbar ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: (a) Dosieren der Masse auf ein erstes Substrat, (b) wahlweise das Zuführen eines zweiten Substrates, (c) Bestrahlen der Masse mit aktinischer Strahlung, die geeignet ist in der Masse eine Polymerisation zu initiieren, und (d) Erwärmen der Masse auf mindestens eine zweite Temperatur und Aushärten der Masse. Die härtbare Masse enthält ein härtbares Harz sowie mindestens eine thermochrome Komponente, die bei Erreichen der zweiten Temperatur in einen opaken Zustand übergeht. The curable compound contains a curable resin and at least one thermochromic component, which transitions into an opaque state when it reaches the second temperature.
