Provided are a method for manufacturing a structure, a method for preparing skin material, and a method for setting a heating condition for skin material with which it is possible to perform high-quality manufacturing by suitably bonding core material and skin material together without greatly reducing manufacturing efficiency. A method for manufacturing a structure (10) including core material (12) and skin material (14) containing a thermosetting resin comprises a vacuum heating step S2, a laminating step S4, and a sealed pressurizing and heating step S6. The vacuum heating step S2 is processing which includes placing the skin material (14) in a bag (22) and evacuating and externally heating the bag (22) under atmospheric pressure to semi-cure the thermosetting resin. The laminating step S4 is processing which includes laminating the core material (12) and the skin material (14) in which the thermosetting resin has been semi-cured together. The sealed pressurizing and heating step S6 is processing which includes pressurizing and heating the laminated core material (12) and the skin material (14) with a sealed pressurizing and heating machine (30) to bond and integrate the core material (12) and the skin material (14) together. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une structure, un procédé de préparation d'un matériau peau et un procédé de réglage d'une condition de chauffage pour un matériau peau qui permettent de mettre en oeuvre une fabrication de qualité supérieure par la liaison appropriée d'un matériau âme et d'un matériau peau l'un à l'autre, sans réduction considérable de l'efficacité de fabrication. Le procédé de fabrication d'une structure (10) comprenant un matériau âme (12) et un matériau peau (14) contenant une résine thermodurcissable, comprend : une étape de chauffage sous vide (S2), une étape de stratification (S4) et une étape de mise sous pression et de chauffage en condition hermétique (S6). L'étape de chauffage sous vide (S2) est un traitement qui consiste à : mettre en place le matériau peau (14) dans un sac (22), et faire le vide dans le sac (22) et soumettre ce dernier à un chauffage externe sous pression atmosphérique pour semi-durcir la résine thermodurcissable. L'étape de stratification (S4) est un traitement qui consiste à stratifier le matériau âme (12) et le matériau peau (14) pendant que la résine thermodurcissable est semi-durcie.
