Abstract | Provided is a gravure printing seamless sleeve (10) with which it is possible to perform seamless continuous printing and to replace a plate in a short period of time, and which is easily processed. The gravure printing seamless sleeve (10) comprises: a seamless sleeve body (12) which is made of a cylindrical metal base material capable of being plated and has a gravure cell formed on a surface thereof; and a surface reinforcement covering layer (16) covering the surface of the sleeve body (12). The cylindrical metal base material capable of being plated is preferably copper. The surface reinforcement covering layer (16) is preferably a DLC covering layer, a silicon dioxide covering layer, or a chromium-plated covering layer.
L'invention concerne un manchon sans raccord pour héliogravure (10) avec lequel il est possible d'effectuer une impression continue sans raccord et de remplacer une plaque en une courte période de temps, et qui est facilement traité. Le manchon sans raccord pour héliogravure (10) comprend : un corps de manchon sans raccord (12) qui est constitué d'un matériau de base métallique cylindrique pouvant être plaqué et a une alvéole formée sur une surface de celui-ci; et une couche de revêtement de renforcement de surface (16) recouvrant la surface du corps de manchon (12). Le matériau de base métallique cylindrique pouvant être plaqué est de préférence du cuivre. La couche de revêtement de renforcement de surface (16) est de préférence une couche de revêtement DLC, une couche de recouvrement de dioxyde de silicium, ou une couche de revêtement chromée.
