L'invention concerne une mousse thermodurcissable et son procédé de fabrication, la mousse thermodurcissable étant obtenue par moussage et durcissement d'une composition expansible contenant: une résine phénolique; un agent moussant comprenant un composé à base d'hydrofluorooléfine (HFO) et un composé à base d'hydrocarbure; et un tensioactif non ionique ayant un équilibre hydrophile-lipophile (HLB) de 12 à 17. 페놀계 수지; 히드로플루오로올레핀(hydrofluoroolefin, HFO)계 화합물과 탄화수소계 화합물을 포함하는 발포제; 및 HLB(Hydrophile-Lipophile Balance)가 12 내지 17인 비이온성 계면활성제;를 포함하는 발포성 조성물이 발포 및 경화된 열경화성 발포체 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
