L'invention concerne une mousse thermodurcissable et son procédé de fabrication, la mousse thermodurcissable étant obtenue par moussage et durcissement d'une composition expansible contenant: une résine phénolique; un agent moussant comprenant un composé à base d'hydrofluorooléfine (HFO) et un composé à base d'hydrocarbure; et un tensioactif non ionique ayant un équilibre hydrophile-lipophile (HLB) de 12 à 17.
