The present invention relates to a method for determining or predicting the response of a patient diagnosed with non-small-cell lung carcinoma to targeted pharmacotherapy. The present invention also aims to provide methods and devices for predicting the response of patients diagnosed with non-small-cell lung carcinoma to specific medicaments. More specifically, the present invention provides methods which measure kinase-activity by studying phosphorylation levels and profiles and inhibitions thereof by drugs in blood samples of said patients. La présente invention concerne une méthode permettant de déterminer ou de prédire la réponse à une pharmacothérapie ciblée d'un patient chez qui l'on a diagnostiqué un carcinome du poumon non à petites cellules. La présente invention concerne également des méthodes et des dispositifs pour prédire la réponse à des médicaments spécifiques de patients chez qui l'on a diagnostiqué un carcinome du poumon non à petites cellules. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne des méthodes qui mesurent l'activité kinase en étudiant les niveaux et les profils de phosphorylation et leurs inhibitions par des médicaments dans des échantillons sanguins desdits patients.
