Abstract Provided is a heat exchanger having a baffle plate 6, wherein attachment is easy, and cooling water can be circulated uniformly on the flat surface of a flat tube. A base part 8 of the baffle plate 6, which comprises a leaf spring member, is positioned between an inlet 4 and an outlet 5, a bridging part 9 thereof is curved toward the flat tube 1 and inserted into the flat tube 1, and the edge part of the bridging part 9 is caused to engage with a locking part 7. L'invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur présentant un déflecteur 6, la fixation étant facile, et l'eau de refroidissement pouvant être mise en circulation uniformément sur la surface plate d'un tube plat.
