Abstract The present invention relates to: a novel chalcogenide exhibiting excellent phase stability even at a temperature corresponding to the operating temperature of a thermoelectric element, and having a high output factor and thermoelectric figure of merit; a preparation method therefor; and a thermoelectric element comprising same. La présente invention concerne : un nouveau chalcogénure présentant une excellente stabilité de phase même à une température correspondant à la température de fonctionnement d'un élément thermoélectrique, et ayant un facteur de sortie élevé et un facteur de qualité thermoélectrique ; sa méthode de préparation ; et un élément thermoélectrique le comprenant. 본 발명은 열전소자의 구동 온도에 대응하는 온도에서도 우수한 상(phase) 안정성을 나타내며, 출력인자 및 열전성능지수가 높은 신규한 칼코겐 화합물, 이의 제조 방법 및 이를 포함하는 열전소자에 관한 것이다.
