The present invention relates to a nystagmus video test device and method and, more specifically, to a nystagmus video test device and method using an infrared camera, the device and the method rotating a patient to the left and right so as to influence a vestibular organ of the patient, and analyzing, on the basis of the rotation condition of the patient, an infrared pupil image captured by the infrared camera, so as to perform a nystagmus test on the patient.
