Abstract An oscillating water column wave power generating device using a breakwater is disclosed. The oscillating water column wave power generating device using a breakwater, according to the present invention, is provided in the breakwater such that seawater flowing thereinto by waves moves air so as to produce power, the device comprising: an oscillating water column chamber, which is provided on the upper part of one side surface of the breakwater so as to be extended along a breakwater slope, and has a space such that seawater flows thereinto; a seawater inflow part in which one side of the oscillating water column chamber is extended to the lower part of the breakwater along the breakwater slope such that the seawater flows thereinto by waves; an air flow part in which the other side of the oscillating water column chamber is extended to the upper part of the breakwater along the breakwater slope, and which is provided on one side of the upper part of the breakwater such that the air flowing by the seawater flowing into the oscillating water column slope communicates with the outside; and a power generating turbine provided inside the air flow part so as to produce power while rotating by the flowing air. According to the present invention, the oscillating water column wave power generating device is manufactured in the same ratio as the standard of domestic breakwaters so as to facilitate applicability and provision to all breakwaters, allows one side thereof to be located at the lower part of the surface of the sea so as to facilitate the inflow of seawater flowing at an inner tilt angle for power production, and has an ecofriendly effect by means of power production using wave energy generated around marine breakwaters. L'invention concerne un dispositif de production d'énergie houlomotrice à colonne d'eau oscillante utilisant un brise-lame. Selon la présente invention, le dispositif de production d'énergie houlomotrice à colonne d'eau oscillante utilisant un brise-lame, est disposé dans le brise-lame de telle sorte que l'eau de mer s'écoulant dans celui-ci via des vagues déplace de l'air de façon à produire de l'énergie. Le dispositif comprend: une chambre de colonne d'eau oscillante, qui est disposée sur la partie supérieure d'une surface latérale du brise-lame de façon à être étendue le long d'une pente de celui-ci, et a un espace de telle sorte que l'eau de mer s'écoule dans celui-ci; une partie d'entrée d'eau de mer dans laquelle un côté de la chambre de colonne d'eau oscillante est étendu à la partie inférieure du brise-lame le long de la pente de celui-ci de telle sorte que l'eau de mer s'écoule dans celui-ci via des vagues; une partie d'écoulement d'air dans laquelle l'autre côté de la chambre de colonne d'eau oscillante est étendu à la partie supérieure du brise-lame le long de la pente de celui-ci, et qui est disposée sur un côté de la partie supérieure du brise-lame de telle sorte que l'air s'écoulant avec l'eau de mer qui s'écoule dans la pente de colonne d'eau oscillante communique avec l'extérieur; et une turbine de production d'énergie disposée à l'intérieur de la partie d'écoulement d'air de façon à produire de l'énergie tout en tournant avec l'écoulement d'air.
