Systems and methods are presented for detecting an action intent within received content, identifying an action completion bot for carrying out the corresponding action, and initiating the action through an action request to the action completion bot. An action delegation agent executing on a computer system, receives notice of received content, where the action delegation agent is not the target of the received content. An analysis of the received content is conducted to identify an action intent of the received content. Based on the action intent, an action registry is consulted to identify a corresponding action completion bot for carrying out the intended action. A request is submitted to the action completion bot to carry out the action. L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant de détecter une intention d'action à l'intérieur d'un contenu reçu, d'identifier un robot d'achèvement d'action afin d'exécuter l'action correspondante et de lancer l'action par l'intermédiaire d'une demande d'action au robot d'achèvement d'action. Un agent de délégation d'action en exécution sur un système informatique reçoit une notification de contenu reçu, l'agent de délégation d'action n'étant pas la cible du contenu reçu. Une analyse du contenu reçu est mise en œuvre afin d'identifier une intention d'action du contenu reçu. En fonction de l'intention d'action, un registre d'action est consulté afin d'identifier un robot d'achèvement d'action correspondante afin d'effectuer l'action prévue. Une demande est soumise au robot d'achèvement d'action afin d'exécuter l'action.
