Específicamente, se refiere a un biomaterial y un método in vitro de preparación de un tejido o membrana bioartificial de rigidez y elasticidad controlada y al tejido ola membrana artificial obtenible por dicho método. También se refiere a sus usos en medicina. La présente invention s'inscrit dans le domaine de la biomédecine et de l'ingénierie tissulaire. L'invention concerne en particulier un biomatériau et un procédé in vitro de préparation d'un tissu ou d'une membrane bioartificiels à rigidité et élasticité contrôlées, ainsi que ledit tissu ou ladite membrane artificiels pouvant être obtenus selon ledit procédé.
