Abstract | A curable composition for forming at least one of two adjacent hardcoat layers that constitute a hardcoat laminate according to the present invention is configured to contain at least one adhesion imparting component that is selected from among mono(meth)acrylates having an oxygen-containing heterocyclic group, mono(meth)acrylateshaving an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, mono(meth)acrylates having a bridged cyclic hydrocarbon group, mono(meth)acrylateshaving an allyloxy group, polymers of mono(meth)acrylateshaving an allyloxy group, hyperbranched polyvinyl compounds having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 or more, di(meth)acrylates having a bridged cyclic hydrocarbon group, alkane diol di(meth)acrylates, and polyalkylene glycol di(meth)acrylates. A hardcoat laminate obtained therefrom is able to be prevented from separation, breakage and the occurrence of cracks even if subjected to punching.
Selon l'invention, à une composition durcissable destinée à former au moins une des deux couches de revêtement dur adjacentes configurant un stratifié à revêtement dur, est incorporée au moins une sorte de composant conférant une adhérence choisi parmi un mono(méth)acrylate possédant un groupe hétérocyclique à teneur en oxygène, un mono(méth)acrylate possédant un groupe hydrocarbure aliphatique, un mono(méth)acrylate possédant un groupe hydrocarbure cyclique réticulé, un mono(méth)acrylate possédant un groupe aryloxy, un polymère de mono(méth)acrylate possédant un groupe aryloxy, un composé polyvinylique multibranche de masse moléculaire moyenne en poids supérieure ou égale à 1000, un di(méth)acrylate possédant un groupe hydrocarbure cyclique réticulé, un alcanediol di(méth)acrylate et un polyalkylèneglycol di(méth)acrylate. Le stratifié à revêtement dur ainsi obtenu permet de prévenir le pelage ainsi que la rupture, et l'apparition de fissures, y compris en cas d'usinage par emboutissage.
