Abstract | Provided is a vapor chamber for which the fluid resistance of a liquid-phase working fluid is reduced, and which has excellent heat dissipation performance, thereby providing an excellent heat transfer characteristic. This vapor chamber has: a container in which a cavity is formed by means of one plate body thermally connected to a heat-generating body and another plate body opposing the one plate body; pipe bodies which are connected to the container and an internal space of which communicates with the cavity; and a working fluid enclosed in a space extending from the cavity to interior of the pipe bodies.
Chambre à vapeur pour laquelle la résistance aux fluides d'un fluide de travail à phase liquide est réduite, et qui présente d'excellentes performances de dissipation de chaleur, ce qui permet d'obtenir une excellente caractéristique de transfert de chaleur. Cette chambre à vapeur comporte : un récipient dans lequel une cavité est formée au moyen d'un corps de plaque relié thermiquement à un corps de production de chaleur et d'un autre corps de plaque opposé au corps de plaque ; des corps de tuyau qui sont reliés au récipient et dont un espace interne communique avec la cavité ; et un fluide de travail enfermé dans un espace s'étendant depuis la cavité jusqu'à l'intérieur des corps de tuyau.
