Abstract | The present invention is a method for producing a specific α-amino acid in which a specific α-amino acid amide and water are reacted with each other in the presence of a zirconium compound, wherein the zirconium compound contains zirconium and at least one metal element selected from the group consisting of lithium, nickel, copper, zinc, cesium, barium, hafnium, tantalum, cerium and dysprosium.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un acide alpha-aminé spécifique dans lequel un amide d'acide alpha-aminé spécifique et de l'eau sont mis en réaction en présence d'un composé de zirconium, où le composé de zirconium contient du zirconium et au moins un élément métallique sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par le lithium, le nickel, le cuivre, le zinc, le césium, le baryum, l'hafnium, le tantale, le cérium et le dysprosium.
