Abstract Discussed generally herein are methods and devices for sensing biological function using a flexible, stretchable patch. In one or more embodiments, a device can include a stretchable, flexible first substrate material mechanically coupled to and on the stretchable, flexible fabric, and first metallization mechanically coupled to and on the first substrate material, the first metallization including first pads, meandering traces, and at least one of electrocardiogram (ECG) electrodes, a stretch sensor, and at least one stretch limiting patch. La présente invention concerne généralement des procédés et des dispositifs de détection de fonction biologique au moyen d'un timbre souple étirable. Dans un ou plusieurs modes de réalisation, un dispositif peut comprendre un premier matériau de substrat souple étirable, mécaniquement couplé à et sur le tissu souple étirable, et une première métallisation mécaniquement couplée à et sur le premier matériau de substrat, la première métallisation comprenant des premiers plots, des traces sinueuses, et au moins l'un parmi des électrodes d'électrocardiogramme (ECG), un capteur d'étirage et au moins un timbre de limitation d'étirage.
