A composition comprises a bleach and an optical brightener, wherein the optical brightener is selected from the substance class(es) of benzonitrile, benzoxazole, benzopyrazol as well as their derivatives and substituted compounds. The optical brightener is present in an amount of 0.001 to 1 wt%, e.g. 0.08wt%. The composition comprises a nonionic surfactant in a ratio by weight to the optical brightener is from around 5:1 to 1000:1. La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant un agent de blanchiment et un azurant optique, l'azurant optique étant choisi parmi les classe(s) de substance du benzonitrile, benzoxazole, benzopyrazol ainsi que leurs dérivés et composés substitués. L'azurant optique est présent en une quantité de 0,001 à 1 % en pds, par exemple de 0,08 % en pds. La composition comprend un tensioactif non ionique sous un rapport en poids à l'azurant optique d'environ 5:1 à 1 000:1.
