Abstract | This system for approach of an autonomous unwater vehicle to underwater equipment is equipped with: underwater equipment that is located under water and is provided with a light projecting device which projects light radially; and an autonomous underwater vehicle that comprises a underwater vehicle body and a light-receiving array, which is provided on the underwater vehicle body and has a plurality of mutually independent light-receiving elements.
