The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner, which comprises: a cleaner body having a center of gravity disposed more rear than the center of rotation; a pair of moving wheels provided on both sides of the cleaner body, the moving wheels rotatably supporting the cleaner body and rotating for traveling; and a rear wheel unit provided on a bottom surface of the cleaner body and elastically supporting the cleaner body at the rear of the pair of moving wheels, wherein the rear wheel unit comprises: a supporting part rotatably mounted on a bottom surface of the cleaner body and rotated in a rotation direction of the cleaner body; an elastic part extending from one side of the supporting part and, when the supporting part rotates, coming into contact with a bottom surface of the cleaner body and becoming elastically deformed; a rotating member axially coupled to the supporting part and rotatably mounted in a direction intersecting the rotation direction of the supporting part; and a rear wheel mounted on the rotating member and rolling on the ground.
