A system and method for remotely monitoring product trading in a store by using a POS terminal and a camera are disclosed. A remote monitoring system for commodity trading in a store, according to the present invention, comprises: an image processing server for collecting photographed images from a camera for photographing the surroundings of a POS terminal provided in the store, matching the photographed images with time information, and storing the same; and a service providing server for receiving transaction information accompanying commodity sales from a POS server for processing a payment for the commodity sales, generated in the POS terminal, and providing the transaction information to a manager terminal of the store, by being linked with the image processing server. La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de surveillance à distance du négoce de produits dans un magasin à l'aide d'un terminal de point de vente et d'une caméra. Un système de surveillance à distance du négoce de marchandises dans un magasin, selon la présente invention, comprend : un serveur de traitement d'image permettant de recueillir des images photographiées à l'aide d'une caméra permettant de photographier l'environnement d'un terminal POS équipant le magasin, de mettre en correspondance les images photographiées avec des informations temporelles, et de les mémoriser ; et un serveur de fourniture de service permettant de recevoir des informations de transaction accompagnant les ventes de marchandises provenant d'un serveur POS pour traiter un paiement de la vente de marchandises, généré dans le terminal POS, et de fournir les informations de transaction à un terminal de gestion du magasin, en liaison avec le serveur de traitement d'images.
