| Abstract | The present invention relates to a purgative composition containing polyethylene glycol and sodium picosulfate, wherein the stability of sodium picosulfate is improved by adding a pH controller. According to the present invention, the purgative composition ensures the stability of medicinal ingredients and has a great advantage of having a small dose even while showing a bowel cleansing rate greater than or equal to a commercial preparation, which should be taken in a large dose. In addition, according to the present invention, the composition has high compliance due to a good taste.
La présente invention concerne une composition purgative contenant du polyéthylène glycol et du picosulfate de sodium, la stabilité du picosulfate de sodium étant améliorée par l'ajout d'un régulateur de pH. Selon la présente invention, la composition purgative assure la stabilité d'ingrédients médicinaux et présente un grand avantage d'avoir une dose faible, tout en présentant un taux de nettoyage intestinal supérieur ou égal à une préparation commerciale, qui doit être prise à une dose élevée. En outre, selon la présente invention, la composition présente une observance élevée en raison d'un goût agréable.
본 발명은 폴리에틸렌글리콜 및 피코황산나트륨을 포함하는 하제 조성물에 관한 것으로서, pH조절제를 첨가하여 피코황산나트륨의 안정성을 개선하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 하제 조성물은 약효 성분들의 안정성이 확보될 뿐만 아니라, 많은 양을 복용해야 하는 시판제제와 비교해 동등 이상의 장세정율을 보이면서도 복용량이 적다는 큰 장점을 가진다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 맛이 양호하여 복약순응도가 높다. |

La présente invention concerne une composition purgative contenant du polyéthylène glycol et du picosulfate de sodium, la stabilité du picosulfate de sodium étant améliorée par l'ajout d'un régulateur de pH. Selon la présente invention, la composition purgative assure la stabilité d'ingrédients médicinaux et présente un grand avantage d'avoir une dose faible, tout en présentant un taux de nettoyage intestinal supérieur ou égal à une préparation commerciale, qui doit être prise à une dose élevée.
