Abstract A method for performing a field operation of a field involves receiving, by a first computing unit associated with a first well in the field, first data from one or more first downhole sensors of the first well, building, using a machine learning algorithm, a first predictive model for the first well based at least on the first data, determining, by the first computing unit based on an objective function, a first input value set of the first predictive model for achieving a target result of modulating a first control device in the first well, generating, by the first computing unit, a first control signal based on the first input value set, and modulating, using the first control signal, the first control device. Cette invention concerne un procédé d'exécution d'une opération de champ consistant à : recevoir, par une première unité de calcul associée à un premier puits dans le champ, de premières données provenant d'un ou plusieurs premiers capteurs de fond de trou du premier puits ; construire, à l'aide d'un algorithme d'apprentissage machine, un premier modèle prédictif pour le premier puits au moins sur la base des premières données ; déterminer, par la première unité de calcul sur la base d'une fonction objective, un premier ensemble de valeurs d'entrée du premier modèle prédictif pour obtenir un résultat cible de modulation d'un premier dispositif de commande dans le premier puits ; générer, par la première unité de calcul, un premier signal de commande sur la base du premier ensemble de valeurs d'entrée ; et moduler, à l'aide du premier signal de commande, le premier dispositif de commande.
