Abstract A solar module for generating power from solar energy includes a laminate including a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of solar cells disposed between the top surface and the bottom surface. Features are attached to the bottom surface to dissipate heat from the solar module. Each feature includes a gel material, and a bottom surface in contact with the bottom surface of the solar module such that the entirety of the feature extends on the exterior of the solar module. L'invention concerne un module solaire pour la génération de puissance à partir d'énergie solaire, qui présente une structure stratifiée comportant une surface supérieure, une surface inférieure, et une pluralité de cellules solaires disposées entre la surface supérieure et la surface inférieure. Des éléments sont fixés sur la surface inférieure pour dissiper la chaleur du module solaire. Chaque élément comprend un matériau en gel et une surface inférieure en contact avec la surface inférieure du module solaire de sorte que la totalité de l'élément s'étend sur l'extérieur du module solaire.
