More Information
Summary:The present invention provides a nanoparticle comprising a polymeric matrix and a covalently-bound surface-orientated targeting ligand for DEC-205, said polymeric matrix encapsulating an antigen which is the subject of an undesirable immune response and a glucocorticoid receptor agonist. The nanoparticles of the invention can be used to treat autoimmune diseases such as haemophilia A and multiple sclerosis.
