Abstract | A dry vacuum pump comprises a stator (10) which defines an internal chamber (11) in which a rotor (12) is rotationally mounted. A sensor (18) is mounted to the stator (10) and having an output (26) connected to a processing circuit (27) arranged to analyse the output of the sensor (18) to determine the absolute distance between a point on the surface of the rotor (12) and internal stator surface (10). The rotor to stator clearance can thus be accurately determined in real time during operation of the pump, so that the pump performance can be optimised over its serviceable life.
L'invention concerne une pompe à vide sèche, qui comprend un stator (10) qui définit une chambre interne (11) dans laquelle un rotor (12) est monté de façon rotative. Un capteur (18) est monté sur le stator (10) et comporte une sortie (26) reliée à un circuit de traitement (27) conçu pour analyser la sortie du capteur (18) pour déterminer la distance absolue entre un point sur la surface du rotor (12) et la surface de stator interne (10). Le jeu du rotor au stator peut ainsi être déterminé de manière précise en temps réel pendant le fonctionnement de la pompe, de telle sorte que la performance de pompe peut être optimisée pendant sa durée de vie. |
